Arrival & Village Tour
Arrive at your hotel, have lunch and relax. In the evening, visit the orientation center or the amphitheater at Sinh Sadan where you can learn about the area or watch a free of cost film show on Gir. Come back, have dinner and relax.
DAY 2
Morning & Evening Safari
Wake-up at 4:30 AM, have tea/coffee and head for a morning safari. Come back, have breakfast followed by lunch and relax. Gear up for another safari at 2:30 PM. Come back have dinner and relax.

Things to keep in mind when you visit here
- The National Park is closed for tourists from 1st July to 15th October every year.
- Safaris are subject to availability since the number of vehicles allowed per day is limited.
- The temperature in winter usually drops down to 5 degrees and in summer rises to around 48 degrees. So we recommend that you pack according to the season you are traveling.
SAFARI Details/ Instructions
- ID Proof of each person who has opted for a safari is mandatory for entering any national park/ wildlife sanctuary in India.
- A maximum of 6 adults and 1 child (up to the age of 10 years) will be allowed in a gypsy apart from the guide and driver.
- The safari charges for Indian and foreign nationals are different at all major wildlife destinations
- The duration of jungle safari is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- The bus safari is of approximately 45 minutes which is held at Devalia Safari Park which is a chain-linked fenced area of the Gir sanctuary.
- Wear clothes that blend with the forest landscape and avoid wearing fragrances.
- No one can guarantee that you will spot a wild animal during safari, so don't fall for it and pay more.
- Do not get down from your vehicle and strictly obey the law and rules of the jungle.
- Maintain silence throughout your safari for best chances of spotting wildlife.
