Gugamal National Park is in the central part of Melghat Tiger Reserve in the Amravati District of Maharashtra. The park lies in the Satpura ranges, and its rough and hilly terrain makes it a suitable habitat for ample wildlife.

Candoli National Park, a part of Sahyadri Tiger Reserve, is spread over Kolhapur, Sangli, and Satara districts. It is also a natural World Heritage Site as the park has historical places of the Maratha Empire from the 17th century.
Navegaon-Nagzira National Park and Tiger Reserve, also comprising of Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary, is home to more than 60% of birds found in the state of Maharashtra, thus making it a favorable destination for birding. The park also offers a good wildlife experience.
