The Singalila National Park has a very diverse range of flora and fauna and is home to many endangered species such as the Red Panda, the Himalayan Black Bear, and various species of Orchids.
Singalila National Park is at a higher altitude and is quite a popular destination for trekking trails. Sandakphu and Phalut are the most famous tourist destinations since they offer a breathtaking view of the great Himalayas, especially Kanchenjunga and Mt Everest. The wildlife here is a mixture of the rare species of the Himalayas and the Indo-Burmese forms, and the vegetation predominantly consists of temperate and alpine. Numerous streams and rivers flow across the park, irrigating and supplying water to all the beings in its premises. The park shares its northern border with the state of Sikkim and its western border with the neighboring country of Nepal.
